From week 24 onwards Partille Energi to carry out work to strengthen the electricity supply in the area around the exercise track at Kåsjön. The work means that part of the electric light track will be temporarily affected for approximately three weeks.
If you usually walk, run or walk your dog on the lighted trail at Kåsjön, it may be good to know that an approximately 750-meter long stretch will be closed on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. while the work is underway. In the evenings and weekends, the lighted trail will be open as usual.
The reason is that we are laying a new electric cable in the area. At the same time, the municipality is taking the opportunity to replace a number of stormwater drums under the track. By coordinating the work, we can reduce disruption and avoid digging in the area on multiple occasions. Information signs will be put up at the entrances to the electric light track and at the parking lot along Kåsjövägen.
The work is expected to continue until week 27. However, the schedule may be affected by ground conditions along the route.
