Particle energy

Power grid for businesses

Partille Energi Nät AB owns the electricity lines in Partille. We are responsible for ensuring that electricity reaches homes, businesses, public premises and other businesses in the municipality. For us, it is important to be able to deliver safely and securely.

We are constantly planning for current and future needs so that you get the electricity you need for your business. As an example, we can mention that almost the entire electricity network in Partille is now underground.

Reactive power

You pay energy tax for your electricity use and the tax is charged on your electricity bill. From 1 January 2026, the energy tax will be 36,00 öre/kWh.

The subscription is a fixed annual fee that you pay for access to the electricity grid. It is controlled based on the size of the meter fuse.

Electricity transmission is a variable fee for the transport of electricity through the electricity grid. It is controlled by how much electricity is used.

Power is a variable fee for the maximum load on the electricity grid capacity. It is controlled by the highest hourly consumption each month (kW).

Reactive power charge is a variable fee of the highest measured active power in kW each month. It is based on the withdrawal of reactive power in kVAr exceeding 50 percent for 10 kV (15 percent for 130 kV).

When the company is moving, it is important to sign a new electricity grid agreement and terminate the existing one at the facility you are moving from.

Each electrical installation has a specific installation ID that is tied to the property and the electricity network agreement cannot be moved with it. Therefore, it is important that you terminate the agreement when moving and sign a new one at the new address. If the move takes place within Partille, it can be done easily via the form under Customer Service here on the website.

If the move is outside of Partille, it is important to check who owns the network where you are moving. Remember to notify Partille Energi 14 days before the move to ensure everything works as it should.

The contractual terms and conditions that apply to electricity grid delivery to business customers can be found under

Electricity usage and reading

Remote reading and billing

The electricity meters are read via a signal on the electricity network, so-called remote reading. This means that the actual electricity usage is invoiced and you avoid surprise reconciliation invoices. When you move, you do not need to read the meter, but it is automatically sent to us at Partille Energi.

For more detailed information about your electricity usage, we recommend that you log in to My Pages. There you can also compare your electricity usage with previous months or years. We normally invoice business customers for electricity network fees every month or every other month.

Logging in to My Pages is done with BankID. Contact our Customer Service if you want to register people who should have access to your account on My Pages and we will help you with that.

Access to metrics

From 5 January 2025, new EU rules will apply for how electricity grid companies must provide customers with access to their meter readings. The aim is to give electricity customers better opportunities to adapt their energy use, offer flexibility and lower their electricity costs.

Partille Energis electricity network customers have access to the measurement values that we register for their facilities via Mina sidor. These measurement values form the basis for our charging of electricity network fees and which we also report to the customers' electricity suppliers.

Logging in to My Pages is done with Bank-ID. Private customers automatically gain access to My Pages when we register an electricity network agreement. Corporate customers are welcome to contact our Customer Service to notify which people within the company should have access to My Pages.

In addition to being able to see the measurement values on My Pages, it is also possible to export them to an Excel file.

Please note that metrics will be available on My Pages no earlier than the day after they have been generated.

Due to new laws and regulations that will come into force in 2025, the handling of meter values for eligible parties will change. Eligible parties are, for example, companies with which our electricity network customer has entered into an agreement for energy services or energy optimization. The change means, among other things, that electricity network customers themselves will be able to more easily administer and keep track of which companies have been approved for access to their meter values. The changes also mean that access to meter values for eligible parties will be subject to a fee.

For Partille Energis electricity network customers will be managed to make meter values available to eligible parties from June 1, 2025 via a website provided by our partner Embriq Sweden AB

It is via this website that an electricity network customer with us can

  • see which energy service companies have requested access to the customer's meter readings.
  • approve a request from companies that have applied for access to measurement values.
  • withdraw approval from companies that were previously approved for access to measurement values.

In order for third parties to have access to our customers' measurement values, the following is required:

  1. a valid Ediel agreement with Svenska kraftnät.
    Read more Swedish power grid.
  2. an agreement with Partille Energi Nät AB regarding the availability of metering and consumption data. Contact us via backoffice@partilleenergi.se if you want to sign such an agreement.
  3. send a sharing request via Ediel.
Instructions for this procedure can be found at Swedish power grid.

In order for the sharing of metrics to start, the customer (or a person approved by the customer) must log in to our partner Embriq's portal for this and approve the request. If the request is not approved within 3 weeks, the request expires and a new request needs to be sent.

SEK 150/month per energy service company with at least one sharing of meter values

SEK 5 per facility and request

Request for termination for individual facility

All prices are stated excluding VAT. Changes to prices will be announced at least two months before they are to come into effect. Invoicing is done monthly in arrears.

The extra meter fee is only charged on meters that exceed the lower interval within each zone. If you are unsure of what applies, you can always request a quote. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
