We have now replaced all the electricity meters.
All electricity meters in Partille have now been replaced with the new OMNIA® e-meter! This modern electricity meter gives you several benefits, including a new customer interface and support for HAN (Home Area Network), which makes it possible to connect equipment to monitor and control your electricity usage in a more convenient way.
The new electricity meters are also ready to handle produced energy from the start. This means that those who install solar panels do not have to wait for a meter change to be able to start using your self-produced electricity – an improvement that makes it easier to become your own electricity producer.
The electricity meter replacement was carried out to meet the new functional requirements from the Energy Market Inspectorate, which apply from January 1, 2025. The replacement has been carried out at no extra cost to you, as it is included in the electricity network fee.

This modern electricity meter gives you several benefits, including a new customer interface and support for HAN (Home Area Network), which allows you to connect equipment to monitor and control your electricity usage in a more seamless way.
Using your own hardware connected to the electricity meter, you have the opportunity to monitor and control, for example, heating, hot water temperature or electric car charging throughout the day to optimize your energy use. The electricity meters are also able to handle produced energy from the start. This means that you do not have to wait for a meter change when, for example, installing solar cells, which was previously part of the process.
Your equipment needs to be compatible with the P1 standard. Updates in the interface are made at 1 second or 10 second intervals, allowing you to see your consumption in near real time.
HAN-porten is not active from the start for GDPR reasons.

The changes were made so that we can meet the Energy Market Inspectorate's new functional requirements for electricity meters that apply from January 1, 2025.

If you find that you are using more electricity than you think is reasonable, it may be that electrical installations have been confused with one of your neighbors' meters. If electrical installations are confused, there may be several reasons for this.
Examples of causes
Here's how you can check out the facility:
1. The yellow diode flashes when the meter registers energy.
2. The light indicates the status of the switch. When solid red, the switch is disconnected from Partille Energi, then the power is off for the property. If it flashes red, the meter is ready to turn the power back on. See also the description for the button under point 6.
3. Service port for Partille Energi.
4. HAN port (Home Area Network).
Is an open interface, a customer port that registers more data than just your consumption. You get access to the data by connecting to the customer interface. You can also connect equipment to the customer interface to, for example, control heating or charging an electric car. The equipment needs to be compatible with the DSMR 5.02 standard and the Energy Companies' recommendation v2 0-201912 (also called P1).
HAN-porten is inactive from the start.

6. Power switch button.
On meters with meter fuses above 80 amps, there is no power switch and the button has no function.
7. Change the display, scroll to see different registers in the meter.
8. Display
Register 1.8.0 shows your total consumption and the current meter reading at that time.
Register 2.8.0 shows the current meter reading for your total production, what you export to the electricity grid if you have a production facility.
8a. Displays a unique code for the selected register.
8b. Lights up when the display shows something other than a measured value.
8c. An error has occurred in the meter. Contact Customer Service.
8d. Unit of the displayed measurement value.
8e. Signal strength for communication.
8f. Lights up steadily when the meter is in contact with the collection system.

8i. Indicates that the connection cap is loose or there is an attempt at manipulation.
8j. Shows the type of load.
8k. Shows the sequence of rotation.
8l. Indication of voltage on phase.
8m. Direction of the current.
8n. Field to display value, for example meter reading for consumption.
