Why is the water green when it comes from the district heating substation?

We add a green dye to the district heating water. It’s a way of tracking leaks. If you see green water coming from your district heating substation, there is probably a leak and it needs to be fixed. If this error occurs, you must send us an error report.

What is my customer number at Partille Energi?

If you have previously received your electricity and heating invoices from Göteborg Energi, then you will keep the same customer number. You will find the customer number on the right-hand side of your Göteborg Energi invoice.

If you haven’t been a customer of ours before, you will get a new customer number when you sign a contract with our company.
